FREE YOUR MIND, FREE YOUR BODY, FREE YOUR SOUL!

Ecstatic Dance is a freeform dance movement, expanding expression and connection. Naturally elevating to an ecstatic state via sound and movement therapy. Show up as you are, feel your body, feel your energy, and move throughout the experience as you feel called to. Held in an intentional container; creating space for healing, transformation, community, and pure joy to take place.

We begin with an opening circle and drop-in meditation. During the dance there is a tea lounge open and areas for meditation + yoga + massage. The dance ends with a relaxing sound bath, and closing circle.
