Ecstatic Dance is a freeform dance movement, expanding expression and connection. Naturally elevating to an ecstatic state via sound and movement therapy. Show up as you are, feel your body, feel your energy, and move throughout the experience as you feel called to. Ecstatic Dance Tacoma offers a safe and sacred container, holding space for healing, transformation, and pure joy to take place.

DJs mindfully craft their sets to take the dancer on a journey though mindbody and soul. We begin with an opening circle drop-in meditation. During the dance we offer a tea lounge, aerial silks to play on, and areas for meditation + yoga + massage. The dance ends with a relaxing sound bath, and closing circle.
