Come celebrate the Spring Equinox, shed your winter skin, and set your intentions for this new chapter. Infused with deep organic beats, world music, and house. Releasing the old and allowing your new frequency to emerge.

During the dance there is a tea lounge open and areas for meditation + yoga + massage. We will close with a nourishing sound bath featuring crystal bowls + crystal chimes.

Taylor Hadden is a sound healing DJ and founder of Ecstatic Dance Tacoma. She aims to inspire more wellness, magic, and love one dance at a time.

Sound Bath: Bring warm layers to get cozy in. Sound bath is received laying down and can get a little chilly after dance.

Please Bring: - Water container - Clothes for movement - Expect to sweat! - Suggested: Journal, crystals, or anything you enjoy meditating or manifesting with. - Flow toy's welcome.
